UAB SPgrupe is one of the largest joint-stock companies in Lithuania that specializes in various aspects of construction, including roof construction, facades, solar panel mounting systems and other building materials and solar system.

Started its activity with the brand Klinkera in 2009 as a wholesale and retail seller of clinker bricks, tiles, brick slips, roofs, and other building materials. Over time, the group has expanded its business and acquired other brands such as Workstock and Stamelt. A strong presence in the Baltic, Scandinavian, and some Eastern European countries, operating in both wholesale and retail markets has been established. Today, brands are recognized as market leaders. In 2020, a first online store, www.statybapigiau.lt, in Lithuania was launched, which was highly successful. Encouraged by this success, the e-commerce presence was expanded by the opening of two new online stores in Latvia in 2022 and Poland in 2023.

In 2023, another innovation was introduced by becoming the official representative of Noblelift in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) through their subsidiary company Workstock. Workstock specializes in the sales of material handling, storage, and logistics equipment. They provide services related to material handling equipment sales, repairs, and rentals.

The group's main objective is to offer high-quality products and comprehensive services to their customers. They strive to regularly update their product range and maintain a high level of customer service. The assortment of products and services is expanded very often to meet the diverse needs of their customers.

Customers are offered a specialized wide assortment of building materials, including clinker bricks, pavers, tile and steel roofing, rain drainage systems, roof accessories, segmental fences, steel fence boards, blind fences, and more. The companies represent well-known manufacturers brands of building materials in Lithuania and Europe: Bratex, Eurovent, Eternit, Creaton, Klinkerwerke Heinrich W. Muhr gmbh Co. KG, Feldhaus Klinker Vertrieb Gmbh, Alpol, Ekowool, Hornval, Knauf, Tenapors, Velux, and many more.

In 2023, customers were offered a particularly wide selection of solar power products and installation services. Group’s brand Proformann has already established itself on the market as one of the most reliable manufacturers of solar installation systems.
